Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Shopcentralperk (shopcentralperk.com) collects when you visit, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep it short and plain on purpose.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use our contact form, we receive your name, email address and message. If you join our newsletter, your email address and any details you enter go to our newsletter form provider.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our server keeps standard logs, including IP address, browser type, pages visited and the time of each visit. These help us keep the site secure and working.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser. We use them for analytics and advertising, described below. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them, though some ads may be less relevant.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how readers use the site, such as which stories are read and how people arrive. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects data like device type, approximate location and pages viewed. You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or by blocking analytics cookies.
Advertising
Ads on this site are served through Revive Adserver, loaded from servedby.revive-adserver.net. The ad server may set cookies to limit how often you see an ad and to measure whether ads are shown and clicked. Advertisers never receive your contact details from us.
Newsletter
Our newsletter signup form is provided by a third-party form and email service and is loaded from link.sphere-crm.com. When you sign up, that provider stores your details on our behalf so we can send you email. Every email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Fonts, headlines and outside links
Our fonts load from Google Fonts, which means your browser contacts Google's servers. Headlines from other coffee publications are fetched by our own server, so reading them here doesn't send your data to those publishers. Once you click a link to another site, that site's privacy policy applies.
How we use information
We use information to answer messages, send the newsletter you asked for, understand what readers find useful, show ads that keep the site free and protect the site from abuse. We don't sell your personal information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to object to certain uses. If you're in the European Economic Area or the UK, the GDPR gives you these rights, and you can complain to your local data protection authority. If you're a California resident, the CCPA and its amendments give you the right to know, delete and correct your information and to opt out of its sale or sharing. We don't sell personal information.
Children
This site is meant for a general adult audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
